After the end-of-support dates, customers will no longer receive support from ACL for the obsolete versions. However, customers will receive support for newer versions (AN12.x, AX6.x, and future versions) and can upgrade at any time for the length of their subscription.
November 2018 Release: ACL will release ACL Analytics v14 and ACL GRC Analytics Exchange v14, so you may want to consider upgrading to those latest versions.
