Barnsley firm Holidays First has successfully implemented the web based Rapport Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at its Head Office in Dodworth. The Rapport CRM system has been developed by Wakefield professional services firm DataConsulting.

Built on DataConsulting’s data analysis and mining expertise, Rapport CRM allows travel agents to keep close to their customers by identifying patterns, driving marketing campaigns and increasing customer retention.
Using the same technology behind internet banking, the secure web-based system takes feeds from existing enquiry and booking systems (such as Athena and Tarsc) and aggregates the data to provide new intelligence on customer activity.
