Best Practices of World-Class Audit Shops

6-Part Series Starts April 25

How does your audit team progress from just “getting by” to becoming a world-class analytics and auditing powerhouse? Over the past 25 years, ACL has worked closely with audit departments of all sizes who add incredible value to their organisations and have seen common themes emerge. How are these high-performing teams leveraging technology and what are they doing that others are not?

World-class audit shops

  1. Have a shared goal that they work together to achieve
  2. Develop plans for success, and track progress towards their goal
  3. Think beyond the immediate need to work smarter, not harder
  4. Create raving fans from key stakeholders
  5. Anticipate obstacles and fight to overcome them

In the first session on April 25, ACL’s Customer Solutions Director, Steve Biskie, will provide an overview of all five themes in the webinar series. Over the next few months, we will examine each one in detail and discuss the practical steps to start implementing these Best Practices.
