ACL AX Datasource
AX Datasource provides access to more enterprise data types than any other technology on the market
With AX Datasource, you can easily schedule and execute data extracts directly into the AXCore repository by using the built-in, time- or event-based scheduler, or any other third-party scheduler. By scheduling large data extracts on a recurring basis, you can ensure your audit team always has access to the most up-to-date data. Extracted data can be saved in ACL format so anyone on the team can use it for repetitive and continuous audits.
Our optional data masking feature protects sensitive, private information (E.g. Credit Card fields, SSN) by masking it - at the field level – before the data is saved to a file and stored in AXCore. Since the original nature and referential integrity of the data is retained, you can still perform accurate analysis using the protected data. When the unmasked data is required for audit follow-up and remediation, final results of the analysis can be referenced back to the original enterprise data source using key referencing fields.

AX Datasource includes a visual transformation tool that allows you to easily create data mappings. Once created, you can save and re-use data mappings to promote best practice templates and reduce repetitive tasks. AX Datasource stores and manages data mappings, transformations, workflows and other artifacts.
Thanks to built-in logic, you'll be able to count on automatic error handling when running your data mappings in sequence or in parallel. You can also save these workflows for re-use.
