The past year at ACL has seen us on an incredible journey as we continue to make significant investment in R&D to deliver an increasing level of value to our customers. We have been very busy and we released major and minor product updates to our ACL Analytics, ACL Analytics Exchange, and ACL GRC products. I am thrilled that we kept the promise made earlier in the year at our Connections customer conference to deliver new Analytics capabilities within six months. This was a notable challenge and I am very proud of our team for achieving it.
I am also excited that our Analytics 10.5 release includes some of the top customer requested product improvements. ACL Analytics customers will now have much more insight into scripts as they run and improved functionality when moving data in and out of Microsoft Excel™. Analytics 10.5 is our best and fastest Analytics product yet and I am confident that customers will appreciate the immediate value it provides.
Improving our Analytics products is vital and we will continue to do so. Just as important is connecting the value our customers achieve using ACL Analytics within the overall audit process or a wider Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) context. In the past year we have dramatically expanded the capabilities of our award winning ACL GRC offering and the pace of adoption by new and existing customers has been incredible. As part of the recent enhancements to ACL GRC, users will gain the benefits of a full-function business intelligence (BI) module, the ACL GRC Reports Manager, which provides complete reporting, dashboarding, and metrics for executives, audit committees, and other stakeholders. A new Action Tracker tool also provides a complete view of all the actions and activities required from each team member within all projects underway across the organization.
And built using a philosophy of design and usability to create beautiful software. The feedback we have received so far clearly reinforces this approach with a customer satisfaction rating almost 5x that of the industry standard. Our ACL GRC software is the easiest to use, simplest to get up and running, and fastest to get from implementation to value with.
